Recipes and culinary uses:
Being a meat that is already tenderized, the best way to consume it is grilled, in steaks or baked by introducing the whole piece. If you are going to bake it, brush the piece with olive oil and add a can of beer to the tray, but not on top of the loin tape. Bake for about an hour. Remove from the oven and let it rest for about 15 minutes before cutting and serving. You can serve it with vegetables.
