Rioja crianza wine, single varietal, tempranillo variety. From medium-aged vines (30 years old). Grown in high altitude vineyards (600 meters). Selected grapes, pressed hydraulically.
As a differentiating characteristic, our ISASA wine has "water stress", which occurs when there is a deficit in water supply to the vine.
A moderate water deficit is essential for proper grape ripening.
This stress will slow down vine growth and promote the ripening and storage of elements in the berries.
