The Japanese mint essential oil is more potent than that of European species. In the distant Asia, the effect of Japanese mint oil has been known since ancient times and was appreciated by Chinese emperors, and even praised by the Roman writer Pliny.
Adults: add 2 drops of Japol to a glass of warm water and take one to three times a day.
