Jiloca slopes macabeo
Variety: 100% macabeo from 55-year-old old vines
Unique vineyard of altitude and extreme climate:
Manual harvest of old macabeo vines in the Jiloca Valley at 950 meters above sea level. Old vineyard on slate soils on slopes with an arid and dry climate that, together with the altitude, give the wines a unique freshness and natural acidity.
Tasting notes: bright yellow white wine. Intense nose with notes of white fruit, anise, and orange peel. In the mouth, it is meaty, round, and with a long aftertaste.
