What we have achieved will fascinate you: we have developed a formula and technique that eliminates sugar, while maintaining the delicious taste of roasted nuts.

How did we do it? We implemented the "Tasty Roasted" method (tasty roasting), maintaining hand roasting in our horizontal tray ovens.
1) We wash the nuts, add a pinch of carefully calculated sea salt (1.5%-2%, depending on the nut).

2) Some of our nuts, such as pistachios in shell, peanuts, almonds with skin, and pecans, receive a special treatment: instead of EVOO, we add D.O.P Pimentón de La Vera, providing a smoky touch without losing the saltiness.

3) We place a thin and unique layer of nuts on top of the tray.

4) We hand-turn all the nuts every 8 minutes until achieving a perfect crunch.

The result:

- Elimination of sugar.

- Carefully calculated salt proportion.
