Tasting notes

Cheese made from acid-lactic fermentation of cultures. With a slight intensity of odor, reminiscent of yogurt. With a very creamy and smooth texture, it is very refreshing on the palate, with aromatic notes of goat's milk and meadow grass. Its citrus notes stand out on the palate.
