Quesos Plazuelo was born in 1994, from a traditionally cattle family, with a farm of cows and goats.
Currently, the factory is located in Villaralto, where we have facilities that meet current sanitary requirements according to European regulations, without losing the traditional and artisanal production of "Los Pedroches".
We start by making fresh cheeses. Today we continue to manufacture fresh cheeses; soft cheese; semi-cured mixed cow and sheep; mixture of cow, goat and sheep; pure goat cheeses; pure sheep cheeses; goat rolls; cheese creams and, as a novelty in our land, "Blue Cheese".
Our cheeses are made with care and with the best milk from "El Valle de Los Pedroches", which makes our products of the highest quality for our consumers.
