It is a cheese with a very intense olfactory intensity, with vegetal and animal aromas that intertwine in the mouth.

Pairs perfectly with toasted wheat and rye bread, nuts, honey, jam, and/or caramelized onions. Due to its aromatic power, dry white wines are usually a good accompaniment.
