Due to the high amount of protein and fat in sheep's milk, approximately double that of cow's milk, our yogurts made from sheep's milk have a thick and very creamy texture.
Unlike some yogurts, it does not contain powdered milk protein to thicken. Only sheep's milk and ferment are used. Being a high-calorie product, it is presented in a smaller container, perfect for serving as dessert.
