Reserve Red Wine, Rioja. It is a Tempranillo monovarietal that after a traditional vinification undergoes an aging of 18 months in French and American oak barrels and a subsequent rest in the bottle for another 18 months.
Intense cherry color, with good intensity on the nose denotes touches of wood and vanilla, balsamic memories.
On the palate it is meaty, balsamic and powerful, with sweet tannins and ripe black fruits.
It is recommended to drink it at a service temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
It pairs perfectly with: red meats such as grilled chop, sirloins or steak tartare / other meats such as lamb or pork / aged cheeses. Even with pure chocolates.
