The Red Wine Legaris Calmo from Bodegas Legaris presents us with this D.O. Ribera del Duero wine (Spain), made from 100% Tinto Fino grapes. Legaris Calmo is a wine that culminates a project of studying the region and selecting vineyards to find those that best reflect the spirit of Ribera del Duero.
This wine is a unique blend in each vintage composed of 2 elements: Wines from old bush vines, harvested very ripe by hand, and night tear wines. At the end of each day of harvest, in the best vats of each vintage that have been emptied that day and before pressing the next day, the little wine that remains in the vat is allowed to drain by gravity through the pulp.
