Antica distillera Quaglia offers a bergamot liqueur, followingthe recipe of the distillery's founder, Giuseppe Quaglia, who founded the distillery in his name in the 1890s. The company is still in the hands of the family, as the founder's great-grandson currently runs it.
In this liqueur there are bergamot skins, blended with alcohol. The infused bergamots are blended with Madagascar vanilla.
