Founded in 1820, it is one of the oldest and most recognized grappas in Italy. Grappa Libarna is obtained from the steam distillation of selected wines and respecting traditional methods by leaving it to mature in oak barrels for a year. Grappa Libarna is the classic and typical Italian liqueur, balanced, powerful and at the same time elegant, with a quality backed by the Libarna house.

It is the name given in Italy to the grape marc spirit obtained by distillation of grape marc, i.e. the solid parts of the grape harvest that are not used in the previous winemaking process.

Italian distillate obtained through traditional methods and matured in oak barrels for 1 year. What in Spain we usually call Aguardiente de Orujo.
