Created in 1986, Martín Códax Albariño is made with hand-selected grapes by our vine growers from plots located in the heart of Val do Salnés. It follows a rigorous and careful process to guarantee its varietal purity and the essential tradition of wines originating from this subzone of Rías Baixas. Each bottle is a faithful reflection of the Atlantic Ocean.
Visual Phase: Clean, bright, yellow in color with greenish reflections. Olfactory Phase: Medium-high intensity, citrus touches, such as lime and grapefruit. White fruit with seeds (pear, green apple) and very elegant balsamic notes. Gustatory Phase: Fresh entry, good mouthfeel, creamy, enveloping, and persistent, very balanced. On the retro-nasal, it is very fruity and refreshing.
