Martini Bianco Vermouth.

The King of vermouth. Known in the past as Bianchissimo - "The Whitest" - you will recognize soft vanilla notes on your lips. Awarded multiple times since 1910, the beautiful lady from Pessione enjoys the highest consideration.

The innocence of Bianco hides a sumptuous flavor. Its unique base made from different white wines like Trebbiano is adorned with extracts of herbs and aromatic flowers.

Vermouth cannot be one thing without the other. Together, the senses explode with flavor, aroma, texture, and color. Our vermouths blend Trebbiano wine from Emilia Romagna and Catarratto wine from Sicily on the canvas to which we apply our botanical mastery. Aromatic herbs, fragrant fruit, exotic woods, and captivating spices are combined in different quantities and compositions to produce 'dry blends'. The interaction between these herbs in the extraction process creates a unique flavor for each MARTINI® expression.

In the hills around Asti, in Piedmont, is where sparkling wines made their first appearance in 1850. That's why our winery is located there, specifically in Santo Stefano Belbo. The market attracts about 300 producers, many of whom have worked with us for generations in harvesting the golden hills of White Muscat.

Alcohol content of Martini Bianco Vermouth: 16 degrees.
