Martini Extra Dry Vermouth.
The sons of Luigi Rossi perfected their father's legacy and in 1900 created the recipe for the Extra Dry.
Captured in each drop is the essence of the rare woods, herbs, and citrus that make up this secret recipe. Introduced on January 1, 1900, its powerful citrus aroma and a touch of raspberry made it one of the pillars of the cocktail of the century, the dry martini.
Few drinks are more deserving of the word "classic". Although its fame is historically due to the celebrities who have enjoyed it, its origin remains uncertain. Nevertheless, the simplicity of dry vermouth with a citrus garnish will never be questioned.
Extracted from the land where it grows for three years and then dried in the sun. Only time can mature the aromatic oils of our Florentine Iris root to release the light of perfumed acidity that defines MARTINI® Extra Dry.
Alcohol content of Martini Extra Dry Vermouth: 15 degrees.
