The Mezcal Tres Tribus Tobalá is made exclusively with 100% Tobalá Agave, wild harvested and matured an average of 6 to 8 years on land.
It is cooked in the traditional way, with oak shavings to give it a smoky touch, and hand-ground with a wooden mallet. It is then fermented in wooden vats with wild yeast and water from the San Pedro Tidaá spring, before undergoing a double distillation in copper stills.
