MG 500 (MAGNESIUM CITRATE), 300 TABLETS 760 MG Ingredients: Magnesium citrate powder with a minimum of 14.5% magnesium, microcrystalline cellulose bulking agent, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate. Directions for use: Take 2 to 4 tablets daily, with meals. 2-4 tablets provide: 1000-2000 mg of magnesium citrate providing a minimum of 145-290 mg of magnesium, equivalent to 38.6-77.3% of nutrient reference values (NRVs).
