Sotya Milk Thistle is a food supplement in tablets made from milk thistle (Silybum marianum) fruit extract and powder, bamboo fiber and sweetener. 100 tablets of Sotya milk thistle contain a concentration of 500 mg of milk thistle. Silymarin, a substance extracted from the seeds of milk thistle, is the main active ingredient of this plant.
How to use:
