The Matihuela variety is grown exclusively by Molino de Casilda, which makes this EVOO unique in the world. Harvested at the end of October through mechanical means with vibrators and milled maximum 4 hours from the collection

TASTING NOTES

• Smell: Oil with an open profile in numerous nuances that define its complexity. Its olive fruitiness is intense with green registers softened in aromas of other fruits such as banana and apple. On the nose there are soft touches of sweet almond that in the bridge to the mouth express their maximum splendor
• Flavor: Caresses the palate with the velvety texture present in harmony with the medium bitterness and spiciness more intense. The raw walnut and herbaceous greens close the perfume of this oil.
