Pisco Monte Fraile Especial is a pisco produced with hand-picked muscatel pisqueras grapes from the upper Elqui area. Its vinification is white wine type but without the use of sulfur, double distilled and rests in French oak barrels for a year.

This Monte Fraile Especial 37.5° achieves a perfect balance and combines very well with fruits, herbs and spices, which highlights it in cocktails.
