Morbier AOC Cheese made with raw cow's milk with a minimum of 2 months of aging.
Semi-hard cheese with uncooked pressed paste and smooth, natural rind. Its paste is a soft and creamy pale yellow color. It is a cheese with fruity aromas and sweet vanilla notes. In the mouth, it is smooth on the palate with mild flavors of dairy and a slightly sweet taste.
Its characteristic and transversal line of vegetable charcoal simulates the ancient practice of making it with two curds.
