Font Jui is a 5ha estate of xarel.lo with clayey limestone soils that reflect our commitment to the land. Fermentation at 14º in French oak barrels, some new and the rest from second and third year, with the aim of respecting the grape's character to the fullest. Aging on lees for 3 months.
