It is hand-collected in our beehives located in the Sierra Encina de La Lastra Natural Park.

Mountain or Marquesado Multifloral Bee Pollen contains practically all the nutrients that the human body needs. Being the only food that contains the 22 essential amino acids, such as tryptophan, arginine, glycine, alanine, isoleucine, etc.

In addition to amino acids, it contains proteins, carbohydrates made up of simple sugars, essential fatty acids such as linoleic and linolenic acid, a wide variety of vitamins, especially A, D, E, K and group B and C. It is also rich in minerals such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, manganese, iron, among others. And it is rich in antioxidants such as flavonoids and carotenoids.
