Mr. Three & Bros Liquore Falernum has its origins in 19th century Barbados, where it was created from a blend of local rum, fruits and spices. Initially, it was consumed diluted with ice as a tonic or used to soften the stronger rums of the time. During the Prohibition era, Donn The Beachcomber, known for his exotic Tiki cocktails, began incorporating it into his drinks, making it an essential ingredient.

Today, the bartenders at Rita & Cocktails of Milan, have created a handcrafted quality Falernum called Mr. Three & Bros. This Falernum is composed of Caribbean white rum, dark rum, ginger, spices, bitter almond, lime, lemons and sugar.

Mr. Three & Bros has a deep, cloudy yellow colour. In the aroma, notes of ginger and bitter almond stand out, complemented by subtle hints of lime. The taste is powerful, refreshing and lingering.

This Falernum is an indispensable ingredient in Tiki cocktails and is especially surprising when combined with bitters and citrus distillates, providing its distinctive and fragrant ginger note.
