Muga Prado Enea Gran Reserva
The grapes for Prado Enea are the last to be harvested, carefully selected from high-altitude plots that offer exceptional quality.
These plots are located in the northwest region of La Rioja Alta, in the municipalities of Sajazarra, Cellorigo, and Fonzaleche.
The fermentation of the grapes takes place in oak vats, followed by a maceration period ranging from 14 to 16 days. Then, the wine ages for a minimum of 36 months in French and American oak barrels to add complexity.
At the end of the aging process, the wine undergoes a light clarification using fresh egg whites before being bottled.
Subsequently, it is stored in the cellar for at least an additional 36 months to complete the aging process, adding a touch of elegance to the final product.
