Nouca was born from the entrepreneurial spirit of a young man, with the help and experience of his grandfather.

Nouca is the fruit of the roots of this family, of the passion for cultivation and work in the rural environment. It was born from the desire to offer a delicious, ecological and local product. Thanks to their care and respect for the land, they lead a project that aims to bear its own fruit.
They work so that a nut is more than a product and that relationships are much more than interactions.
They are moved by the constant learning about nature and want to share what they collect: that their work be the fruit of what they believe in.

Philosophy:

Put in the hands of everyone a healthy and quality product that transmits the passion for life that we feel through respect, responsibility and cooperation. All of them, words linked to our production system.

Social commitment and with the environment:

They collaborate with the Acudam de Mollerussa Association, a non-profit social initiative entity declared of public utility that was created in 1975 at the initiative of mothers, fathers and relatives of people with disabilities. Its mission is to accompany life projects of people who, even today, do not find their support and the necessary normality in society.
Nouca relies on this association to label its products and they are working on future synergies to collaborate with their social work.

In addition, Nouca is committed to reducing its carbon footprint, aware of the challenges facing climate change and therefore, its production is ecological and they are working on manufacturing processes through renewable energies as far as possible.
