Description

At Doña Tomasa, we offer a carefully handcrafted selection, guaranteeing the highest quality in every bite.

Our anchovies are true jewels of the Cantabrian Sea, caught in fresh and crystalline waters that give each fillet its unique distinction and character.

The flavor of our anchovies is incomparable because they are caught in the season of April and May, making them more tender and tasty.

Each tin contains 8 small fillets of Cantabrian anchovy, bathed in high-quality olive oil and salt.

It is the perfect snack for any occasion and can be used to complement salads, pasta, sandwiches, and many other dishes. To enjoy them at their best, keep them refrigerated between 4 and 7 degrees and take them out of the refrigerator 20 minutes before consumption.
