Following an old traditional recipe, only onion, virgin olive oil, salt, garlic, spices and aromatic herbs are used. This results in a delicious, highly concentrated onion soup. To consume it, water must be added to taste. It can be eaten cold or hot, adding hard-boiled egg, toasted bread cubes, grated cheese and au gratin

Elaboration:
All the ingredients are crushed together in a bowl until the desired texture is achieved. After that it is packaged in glass jars and sterilized
