Biográ's Organic Brown Flaxseeds have a much milder flavor than golden flaxseeds, but with the same properties and nutritional values.
They can be added to yogurt, in cereals, soups or as an ingredient in breads or leave them covered with water overnight and take them on an empty stomach. They can also be taken with salads or legumes.
