Biotta cabbage is made with fresh, organic white cabbage, freshly harvested and immediately fermented. Obtained by direct pressing with sea salt. Source of vitamin C. It consists of the natural sap of cabbage leaves that have been fermented and seasoned by the addition of sea salt.
How to use:
