Produced in centuries-old olive groves in the eastern mountains of Granada and collected in a traditional way. In the production and cultivation process, no phytosanitary products or chemical fertilizers are added. It has been elaborated following the European regulation on organic production and labeling of organic products, with certified quality by CAAE and the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries of the Andalusian Regional Government. Only mechanical and cold extraction procedures have been used.
