Kampot IGP Black Pepper is grown in a traditional and organic way. From January, the ripe grapes are picked by hand. They are then deseeded, washed, scalded and dried in the sun for 2 to 3 days.
The grains are then processed and selected by their size (>4mm) and their weight (density>570ml) in a machine and then by hand.
