It is a wonderful accompaniment to grilled beef or fish. It is advisable to grind it fresh directly on your plate.
Kampot PGI Black Pepper is grown in a traditional and organic way. From the month of January, the ripe bunches are picked by hand. They are then destemmed, washed, scalded and dried in the sun for 2 to 3 days.
The grains are then processed and selected by their size (>4mm) and their weight (density >570ml) by machine and then by hand.
