Khorasan Kamut® Whole Wheat Sliced Bread is a golden, tasty and nutritious bread. Of a clean composition, with the ingredients that a bread of these characteristics must have: flour, sourdough (wheat) and salt.
Spongy and with an intense flavor, it is suitable for all kinds of palates. A nice bread.

Characteristics of Khorasan Kamut Wheat
Kamut is one of the oldest known varieties. Noted for its higher concentration of proteins, lipids, fiber, minerals and vitamins. Not hybridized or genetically modified.

History of Kamut
Khorasan Kamut wheat has not been modified using modern breeding systems, it is grown on certified organic farms, with a dry climate similar to its origins.
Probably originally from Mesopotamia, there are legends that indicate that this grain was found in Egyptian tombs.
