The Ekolo Juicesare obtained exclusively from 100% fresh fruit, harvested in organic farming orchards, at its optimum moment of ripeness, manually selected and processed using traditional methodsthat ensure the full preservation of its vitamins, aromas and original properties. Unlike other juices, Ekolo juices do not come from concentrate, nor do they contain any type of additive (sugars, preservatives or water)

So, for example, to producea 750 ml bottle of Ékolo juice, more than 1 kg of apple, pear or grape and 2 kg of organic orange, mandarin or blueberry are used. The fruit is cold pressed, decanted and pasteurised at a minimum temperature, which guarantees its food safety and allows it to retain its natural organoleptic properties.
