Parsley comes in the form of leaves with a rough texture, a medium size and a greenish color. We must protect it from sunlight so that it does not lose its intense green colour (the chlorophyll is destroyed)
The parsley is rich in vitamin C, has a discreet flavor and delicate aroma. We must add it to the dish at the end of cooking because it does not withstand high temperatures and loses properties
Parsley leaves are used in soups, rice dishes, scrambled eggs, fish and seafood. It is also used mixed with breadcrumbs for breading or to make green sauces with garlic.
