Anchovies are one of the most desired gourmet snacks throughout the country. Whether in anchovy form or filleted in vinegar, in our case the preparation consists of the whole fish, with a manual elaboration process similar to that of the sardine and accompanied with our tasty homemade marinade, flavored with pepper and bay leaf.
