USAGE

Take 30 ml per day (approximately 3 tablespoons), 10 ml (approximately 1 tablespoon) with main meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Not recommended for people allergic to salicylates. Propolis, like other bee products, may contain pollen, so we recommend consulting your doctor before consuming these ingredients in people allergic to pollen, bee venom, and asthmatics.
