Pure sheep cheese (Ciudad Real)

Livestock Encinasola was born in 1997, starting with a small herd of 200 sheep, and since then we have not stopped growing, currently being the census of 2000 animals, producing pure sheep cheese of quality and natural

We are in Castilla La Mancha, the cradle of cheese and with a great livestock tradition, specifically in the town of Porzuna (Ciudad Real), a town in the foothills of the Cabañeros National Park and at the foot of the Montes de Toledo.

Being aware that we have an excellent raw material, we transform our milk to produce cheese, only with the production of sheep from our livestock.
