The Ramon Bilbao Rosé Magnum from Bodegas Ramón Bílbao presents us with this wine D.O. Rueda (Spain), created from the 100% Garnacha Tinta grape variety.
Bled at low temperature and in contact with dry ice. Maceration for 3-4 hours and traditional bleeding. Alcoholic fermentation of the clean must, varying the temperature in order to achieve the primary aromas of the grape.
The harvest takes place during the night to take advantage of the nocturnal cold and low temperatures that prevent the oxidation of the grape and maintain the must. In the winery, the grapes are macerated for four hours. The obtained must is transferred to stainless steel tanks and after clarification, fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature of 14°C.
