The traditional ratatouille recipe with fried eggplant, zucchini, peppers, onions, tomatoes and olive oil. Each vegetable is cooked one at a time and then they are simmered together with garlic, basil and olive oil.
Preparation: enjoy hot, with cereal or grilled meats, or cold on crackers.

Karine & Jeff is a family business based in Revel, in the heart of the Lauragais region of southwestern France. It creates canned ready-to-eat meals made from grains, vegetables and legumes. Its recipes are in the image of its 2 creators: generous, healthy, tasty, organic and authentic.
The recipes are all made from noble products with organic ingredients from regional producers. A cuisine without added sugars, without thickeners. With processes that respect all the taste and nutritional qualities of the products (low temperature cooking, natural light, water recycling, ...).
