Ingredients: Guinea fowl meat (France), lean duck liver, pork throat and shoulder (Dordogne), eggs, salt, pepper, morels (fresh weight 7%). No coloring, no preservatives, no flavor enhancer, no GMO.
La Maison Wurfel, located in Fontanes in the Lot, is specialized in dry mushrooms. Thanks to an artisanal knowledge, it preserves the flavors, colors and aromas of mushrooms. They are picked, sorted by hand and then dried naturally.
All these steps allow to preserve their nutritional qualities and to consume ceps, chanterelles, trumpets or even oyster mushrooms throughout the year.
The House of Wurfel thus offers a whole range of dried mushrooms but also prepared dishes, terrines, pasta and condiments of exceptional quality, always with the "king of the forest" as the star ingredient.
