Raw Soria Pork Cracklings (350g)

By choosing the option of thick strips and putting them in the oven at 140 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes on one side, and another 10 minutes at 250 degrees Celsius with the crust facing up; then we take them out and let them cool.

The result is a crispy and delicious strip that you won't be able to resist.

The times may vary depending on the oven, the first few times it is better to keep an eye on how they are browning.
