Red Wine El Hombre Bala
The Red Wine El Hombre Bala is made from Garnacha grape variety. It is a creation of Bodega Comando G, with Madrid Designation of Origin. The vineyards are around 40 to 90 years old, located in the towns of Cadalso de los Vidrios, Cenicientos, and Rozas de Puerto Real, in the Sierra de Gredos. The vineyards grow in granitic soil at an altitude of around 1000 meters. The agriculture carried out is biodynamic and fully respects the environment. The maceration of Red Wine El Hombre Bala lasted an average of 30 days at low temperature and fermentation took place in barrels and wooden vats at controlled temperature. Finally, aging in French oak barrels of different sizes aims to achieve depth, complexity, and balance.
We recommend serving this wine at a temperature between 15 and 16ºC.
