It is a red wine produced by Bodega Illana with D.O Ribera del Júcar in Castilla La Mancha. Produced in Finca Buenavista Estate, near the city of Pozoamargo, in the province of Cuenca, it is the result of 100% Bobal grapes. From this variety, powerful, full-bodied red wines are produced, intense and mature with hints of fruit that blend into a serious and well-presented oak. Their soils are characterized as clay-limestone, covered with pebbles, retaining water and allowing great regularity in periods of drought in a continental and dry climate where the pebbles, besides serving as insulation, reflect the sunlight on the grapes, allowing their permanent ripening.
