The Digma Graciano Reserva Red Wine comes from the Vineyards and Wineries Castillo de Sajazarra, with a Qualified Designation of Origin Rioja. Being a monovarietal of Graciano grape, it highlights the nuances that this grape brings to the red wine. The Digma Graciano Reserva Red Wine is produced only in exceptional years from the best of the winery's estates. As it is a long-cycle variety and the estate is located at a considerable altitude and latitude, we have to reduce production to less than 5,000 kilograms per hectare to ensure perfect grape ripening. It undergoes malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels, where it remains for a total of about 18 months.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 16°C and 18°C.
