The Red Wine Finca La Pared Graciano is made with the Graciano grape variety from a selection of vineyard plots located in Sonsierra Navarra, a natural setting with personality and marked by an ecological and geographical reality, making this wine the best kept secret of Marco Real winery.
The winemaking process involves a nighttime harvest in October to obtain grapes with high concentration, which are then macerated for 5 days in small stainless steel tanks. During this time, a slow fermentation by selected yeasts extracts all the character of this grape variety; the maceration is left for another 10 days and then gently pressed to carry out malolactic fermentation. Once the wine has naturally clarified, it is transferred to French oak barrels. The aging process lasts for 12 months in these barrels without any racking.
Limited production to 300 units per year.
With this wine, Marco Real winery aims to showcase the uniqueness of the landscape of the vineyard location through the union of land and wine, as well as to support small wine productions and the meticulous care of the vines.
Marco Real winery is a project that has maintained continuous growth since its inception, becoming a reference for innovation in the world of wine today.
