Lerma Selection Reserva Red Wine
This wine belongs to the Lerma wineries and has a designation of origin Arlanza.
It is made from 100% Tempranillo grape variety. For its production, the harvest is done by hand, once the grapes have been destemmed, they are placed in small stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, there is a 5-day cold stabilization process followed by alcoholic fermentation at a temperature above 27ºC. Finally, fermentation takes place in French oak barrels with its own lees for 14 months.
It has an alcohol content of 13.5%.
