RED WINE MATSU EL VIEJO Matsu El Viejo red wine is made with 100% Tinta de Toro grapes. The vineyards are over 100 years old, grown biodynamically with high production. Harvesting is done manually in the first half of October. This wine ferments and macerates in 10,000 kilogram concrete tanks for 3 weeks. It is aged for 16 months in new French oak barrels. This wine, the oldest of the Matsu Trilogy, represents the old winemaker, with the experience of old age to express his serenity, perseverance, and strength... like the wine itself. Serve this wine at a temperature between 16º and 18º, and it is recommended to decant it before serving. PAIRING OF MATSU EL VIEJO RED WINE: It is especially recommended for all types of meats.
