RED WINE SALMOS: Made from an excellent combination of garnacha tinta, cariñena, and syrah grapes.
In its production, it undergoes a fermentation process in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature of 27-28ºC and malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. The maceration time is 25 days. Subsequently, it undergoes aging in French oak barrels for a period of 14 to 16 months.
RED WINE SALMOS stands out for its great aromatic intensity, with predominant black fruit accompanied by floral notes, and its great silkiness that gives it a long and persistent finish.
It is recommended to serve this wine at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
Alcohol content of RED WINE SALMOS: 14.5 degrees

INTERESTING FACT: This wine is a tribute to the Carthusian monks who arrived in Priorat in 1095 and cultivated the vineyard. In 1835, a violent crowd destroyed a lifetime's work and looted the charterhouse. In 1996, the Torres family began planting vineyards on licorella stone slopes.
